Modul-System UK introduces pay later option for van conversion customers
Van conversion specialist Modul-System UK has launched a pay later option, letting trade customers spread the cost of racking and in-vehicle equipment over up to twelve months.
The facility is provided through iwocaPay, the business-to-business payment service operated by lender iwocaPay and is available to UK limited companies and limited liability partnerships on orders from £150 to £30,000.
Customers effectively agree a spending limit with iwocaPay before placing an order.
The application is completed online which takes a few minutes and has no effect on the customer’s credit score. Once the limit is in place it can be used across any work Modul-System carries out, in full or in part, and stays available for future orders.
The application is paperless, which take a few minutes to complete and will not affect your credit score. Before placing an order, you can set up an account with iwocaPay to check your eligibility up to £30,000. Once you have a credit limit available, it can be used across any work Modul-System carries out.
Kevin Walker, managing director of Modul-System UK, said: "Customers are replacing vehicles in a difficult market, and many are taking on electric vans at the same time, which puts pressure on payload and on cash in the same month. This gives them a way to specify exactly what they need in their van, have it fitted and pay for it across the year."
There are three payment terms available. Pay in 30 is entirely interest free, with nothing to pay for the first 30 days with the full amount due on day 30. Pay in 3 is also interest free, with the balance settled in three equal monthly instalments. Pay in 12 spreads the cost over twelve equal monthly instalments at a representative rate of 3.33%.
There are 3 payment terms available:
- Pay in 30 days - interest free. Nothing to pay for the first 30 days.
- Pay in 3 months - interest free. Equal monthly instalments on day 30, 60 and 90.
- Pay in 12 months - interest bearing. Cost split over twelve instalments
iwocaPay can be used on a full range of work Modul-System carries out in the UK, including racking, flooring, load restraint, on board weighing and the Modul-Connect telematics system, on single vehicle orders and on phased fleet programmes.
