30 days net, after approved credit rating. Unpaid invoices will be handed over to a debt collection agency and a penalty interest rate and collection fees will be levied.
Value Added Tax
VAT will be added on the date of invoicing at the rate specified by the government. Modul-System retains the right to alter prices without prior notification and has the right to apply the price that is applicable at the time of delivery.
Delivery times
As agreed, usually immediately from stock.
Delivery conditions
Ex warehouse.
Pallets and packaging
Disposable pallets are debited on a unit basis. Other packaging materials are included in the price.
