No returns are approved without prior agreement with Modul-System. Handling costs for returns caused by the customer will incur a charge of £25. No returns will be accepted if they do not have a return ID number. Limited period for returns not related to warranty or faulty function claims, 10 days.
Warranty
Modul-System provides a 36-month warranty on products and installation services carried out by Modul-System Authorised Partners and Service Centres. If a warranty claim is made, the invoice serves as the warranty certificate.
